Dog Walking

All dogs require regular exercise and stimulation to maintain a healthy and well balanced life. Walk In The Park Dog Walking service offers a variety of options, these are designed to complement your dog’s current exercise regime or owners preferences.

We can provide consistency in your absence or provide additional stimulation to your dogs regular activities.

Dogs are walked in groups of 2-4 although arrangements can be made to walk a dog alone if required. Walking dogs in small ‘packs’ can encourage the dog’s social skills; however numbers are always limited to ensure maximum control and to ensure that each dog receives maximum stimulation and companionship.

Dogs are collected free of charge and taken to the selected walk. Specific walks can be arranged to accommodate specific requirements such as flat walks for older dogs, etc, if required.

Playful dogs will be encouraged to chase frisbees and balls; with walk permitting (owner’s consent required) maybe a swim.

Once back at the car, your dog will be towel dried and mucky paws wiped. Fresh water will be made available as well as a healthy treat (with owner consent). Your dog is then returned home, tired, happy and looking forward to their next outing.

You do not need to be in for us to collect or drop off your dog if you are happy for me to be a keyholder. All keys are colour coded with dog names not owners and kept secure at all times in a key safe.
